indicating they intend to open a non-alcohol dance hall on Friday and Saturday
nights from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am. Their business plan reports they will cater to
underage persons for the purpose of supplying a venue that does not exist in
the area for young persons too young to enter alcohol
establishments. Attached is the letter from Mr. Davies.
