Comprehensive Plan

The City of Minot is currently in the process of updating the Comprehensive Plan. The City has seen many changes, especially in terms of population growth and development since the adoption of the last Comprehensive Plan in 1995. The 2030 Comprehensive Plan will focus on planning and guiding development and redevelopment for the next 20 years.
