The Minot Police Department Records Division is responsible for the collection, recording, storage and retrieval of information and/or documentation regarding the operational activities at the Minot Police Department. Copies of documents and criminal history checks may be obtained by following the proper request procedures and submitting the appropriate fee listed below. The staff is comprised of a Records Officer Manager and three Records Clerks.
PROPERTY & EVIDENCE INQUIRIES If you currently have property being held at the Minot Police Department and wish to retrieve it, please contact Sgt. Jessica Sundheim to set up a time to meet with her to release that property back to you. Any items held as evidence will not be released without approval of the case detective and or the prosecuting attorney.
