State of the City

A quorum of the City Council is expended to attend.  The State of the City will begin at noon with a lunch.  Lunch is $15 and you can RSVP at www.minotnd.org/RSVP.   Mayor Sipma will begin his State of the City address at 12:30. There is no formal agenda.
