The City Assessor’s Office recommends Partial Approval of the abatement request. The Assessor’s Office recommends the 2020 and 2021 assessment to be approved at $610,000. The value would be broken down as follows: $535,000 for land plus $75,000 for site improvements for a total of $610,000.
