Candidate packets available for City's June 9 election

Candidates for City of Minot elected offices can pick up information packets at the City Clerk’s office located in City Hall.

Candidates for City of Minot positions must submit signatures and mailing addresses of 300 qualified electors from within city limits by the deadline of 4 p.m. on April 6, 2020, to be placed on the ballot for the June 9, 2020, election. Candidates must also submit a statement of interest and a certificate of nomination. All information should be filed with the City Clerk’s office.

City of Minot positions on the June ballot are three seats on the City Council currently held by Josh Wolsky, Shannon Straight, and Stephan Podrygula.

Information packets for Minot Park District candidates can also be picked up and submitted to the City Clerk’s office in City Hall.
