Hyper-Converged High Availability/Disaster Recovery Infrastructure

The City of Minot, North Dakota is requesting sealed bids for the purpose of providing a hyper-converged, high availability and disaster recovery infrastructure.  Bid is to include all necessary hardware and software to allow all components to operate as a system. 

All bid envelopes shall be sealed, endorsed with the vendors name and address and plainly marked: "Hyper-Converged HA/DR Infrastructure Bid for City of Minot, North Dakota".

Deadline for submitting bids is 11:00 AM, Wednesday, December 13, 2017. Mail to City Hall, City Clerk’s Office, PO Box 5006, Minot, ND 58702-5006 or deliver to City Hall, City Clerk’s Office — second floor, 515 2nd Avenue SW, Minot, ND 58701. Bids received after the deadline will be returned, unopened, to the bidder.

The City Council reserves, to itself, the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, and to award the contract as it deems necessary and in the best interest of the City of Minot, and to negotiate modifications of the accepted bid.
