The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for City Hall Retaining Walls 1 & 2 Improvements – Project 4398.  Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 12:00 pm (noon), January 25, 2019 to:

Proposals should be marked:

“Qualifications Submittal for City Hall Retaining Walls 1 & 2 Improvements – Project 4398”

Provide the City of Minot with preliminary, design, and construction engineering services for Qualifications Submittal for City Hall Retaining Walls 1 & 2 Improvements. The project will consist of analyzing the existing slope protection around the City Hall/Auditorium complex of retaining walls 1 & 2, as identified in the 2016 City Hall Complex Retaining Wall Report. Consultant must perform geotechnical and slope stability analysis and develop several retaining wall options. Consultant must perform design and construction engineering services for the selected option. The project is estimated to be bid in early spring of 2020.

Proposals must be delivered to the City Engineer by noon on January 25, 2019. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
