RFQ INFORMATION AND INSTRUCTIONS

The City of Minot, North Dakota, is accepting Statements of Qualification from experienced architectural design firms in providing professional space needs analysis services for the Minot Police Department and Minot Municipal Court.

Activities anticipated to be included in the negotiated scope of services include a formal space needs analysis of administration, patrol, investigations, interview rooms, training, conference, and meeting rooms, fitness area, common areas, evidence storage and processing, equipment and supply storage, locker rooms, community areas, specialty teams, break rooms, fleet parking, vehicle sally port and prisoner holding rooms, and emergency back-up dispatch center. This is a qualifications-based selection process that considers relevant experience and references; it is not a formal request for bids nor a request for a project proposal. Final scope of services and fees will be negotiated upon award of contract.

Interested firms must submit 5 paper copies and 1 digital copy of their Statement of Qualifications by Wednesday, October 5th, 2022 (3:00 PM Central Time) to:
